I recently purchased a Thule 916XTR T2 Bike Rack from JensonUSA.com and it arrived without incident. However upon assembling the Thule 916XTR T2 Bike Rack I found myself mildly frustrated with the assembly instructions. The Thule 916XTR T2 Bike Rack Instructions seemed rushed and unclear (and I work on mechanical and technical things for a living). That alone however was not enough reason to make me spend the time and effort on a nice warm sunny spring day to photograph and document this process. The page was for a fact driven out of a bit of frustration that once I had completed the Thule 916XTR T2 Bike Rack assembly I learned the rack would not function properly on my vehicle and I had to take it partially apart and readjust to make it work. A little note from Thule warning the owner to check the fit after partial assembly could have saved a little time and aggravation. I do not like to perform the same work twice so I am hoping the page will help others install the Thule 916XTR T2 Bike Rack correctly for their vehicle in the first place.
